義歯をこれから先も使い続けられるように の意味は？

Dear Masato. Honesty is surprised to have still used the denture which I designed. My memory revived on seeing these photographs, but is glad that I who was inexperienced ignore the Japanese insurance regimes to have been able to use the denture which I made in oral cavity of Masato. The lower left sixth has been tiring in retention of denture. As there are not materials, they cannot explain it here, but I should do what, or some thoughts occur to be able to use this denture ahead.
