正した表現でしょうか、それともこの３文は何れも正しい英語で
しょうか。

Two years on from the death of Navalny は、イギリス英語でよく使われる自然な表現で、「ナワリヌイの死から2年が経った今」という意味です。
Two years after the death of Navalny も文法的に正しく、意味もほぼ同じです。こちらのほうがより一般的で中立的な言い方です。
一方で、Two years from the death of Navalny はこの文脈では不自然です。
なぜなら、「from」 は通常、起点から未来方向を示すときに使われるため、
「2年後のある時点」という響きになり、すでに2年が経過した現在を述べる場合には合いません。
