inの使い方 を英語に訳すと？

My manager emailed us about ~ last week.で「先週、私の上司が〜についてEメールを送ってきましたよ」となり、その〜の部分に the change in the due date が入っているという構造だと思います。
change は 前置詞 in を伴い change in... の形で 「...における変更」となるので、 the cange in the due date で「期日における変更」 about the cange in the due date で「期日における変更について」となっているのだと思います。
