specificallyの位置と単語のニュアンスについて
下の会話の最後に出てくるspecificallyの位置と、their economic growth and development という表現について教えて頂けるとありがたいです。

Chris: Well, apart from the amazing sights and culture, I'm also really interested in Thailand's economy. I've been reading up on their economic growth and development over the past few years.

Markの最後の発言は、What about Thailand's economy are you interested in, specifically? とはならずに、なぜ上の英文の位置にあるのでしょうか。意味としては、「具体的に言えば、タイの経済のどんなところに関心があるの？」のような意味だと理解しました。
また、their economic growth and development に関して、economic growthもeconomic developement もどちらも「経済成長」と訳すと思うのですが、economic growth and development となると、どのようなニュアンスになりますか。

① specifically の位置について

この場合は "What about Thailand's economy..." という「質問の焦点」自体を修飾しているので、What の直後に置かれています。
もし
"What about Thailand's economy are you interested in, specifically?"
と言うと、「質問全体を後から限定する感じ」になり、ニュアンス的には
「ところで具体的に言うと…」という「付け足し感」が出ます。
一方で、
"What specifically about Thailand's economy..."
だと
