whatは関係代名詞？

ここのwhat は関係代名詞なのでしょうか、そうするとthe things which services you used と置きかえられるとおもうのですが正直どう訳すのか分からず、理解できてる方アドバイスお願いします。

【1】 この what は「関係代名詞」ではないです
ここでの what は関係代名詞ではなく、「名詞節をつくる先行詞を含む関係詞」 です。
つまり 「〜するもの（こと）」 という意味をまとめて表します。
what services you used
= the things (that) you used services
= 「あなたが利用したサービス（の内容）」
なので、ご指摘のとおり「the things which ...」と置き換えられますが、英語ではそのまま what を使った方が自然でコンパクトです。
