「30分後の英語表現」、適切な語はinかafterかlaterか
「～後に」の意味で時を表す語にin, after, laterがありますが、例えば「30分後に～」という表現は、
1) in thirty minutes
2) after thirty minutes
3) thirty minutes later
などが考えられます。 in, after, laterと語が異なるので、 何か言葉の持つ意味合い[＝ニュアンス]が異なっているように思えます。
できましたら、例文つきで、1)~3)の「30分後に」当たる英語表現のニュアンスの違いについて、教えて頂けましたら幸いです。

'in' means within 30 (from 0 to 30 )
'after' means after 30 (after 30 ～ within speaker's limit )
'later' means after 30 (after 30 ～ within receiver's limit ).
I couldn't make suitable sentence. please make various sentence, put into GT then estimae GT's translation.
