どうしてもわかりません、助けてほしいです

この英文を和訳し、接統詞①〜④について、その用法を日本語で説明しなさい。


という問題なのですが接続詞の品詞名が全く分かりません。。


私は
①名詞節のwhy
②関係代名詞のthat、先行詞はall japanese
③関係代名詞のthat、先行詞はproblems
④関係副詞形容詞節のwhere、先行詞はcountries

と答えたのですが、①と②がどうやら違うようです。

①は名詞節であってるが品詞を同定しろ
②に関しては全く違うようでもう何が間違っているのか分かりません。。。

どうか分かる方、一つだけでもいいのでおしえてください、、、
