俗に言う「セフレ」は英語で を英語に訳すと？

"friend(s) with benefits"は１９９０年頃の映画で初めて使われた表現で、元々の意味は「セフレ」とは少し違っていたようです。

「セフレ」に該当する表現は他にも色々あるようですが、"fuck buddy"なんてのが一般的ですね。

"sex friend(s)"は一般的に和製英語として扱われていますが、次のように英語のスラングとして実際に使われているようです。ただしあまり一般的でないことは確かかも知れません:

Sexfriend
