こちらの文です。動詞 influenceの目的語部分の構造が理解できません。
the quality of the time we are awakeの the time と we are以降はどんな関係ですか。関係代名詞のように感じますが、不完全文としての要件を満たしていないように感じます。そう考えると、関係副詞 when の省略と考えるべきでしょうか。
その場合…以下の書き換えになるのでしょうか。
the quality of the time we are awake.
=the quality of the time on which we are awake.

先行詞が time や moment のときは、when がなくても十分意思疎通できるので、特に会話ではよく省略します。which を使うなら次のようになります。
the quality of the time during which we are awake.

I am grateful for every moment (when) we are together.
