後半の文章ですが、「施設を見学して、お互い納得した内容で、臨床を始めたいと考えています」ですが、『臨床を始める』の臨床にあたる訳Clinicalは形容詞なので、そのままでは訳せません。
美を始める、楽しいを始める...って意味が通りませんよね？
