「不幸」という言葉が広義なので、もう少し具体性があるほうが、適切な英語に出来ます。例えば、悲しい、がっかり、不満、イライラ、ムカつく、ショックなどの感情を表現すると、英語らしいです。もし感情ではなく、客観的に悪い結果につながるという意味では unfortunate consequences が便利です。
(1) You won’t be happy if you keep doing it.
(2) You will be unhappy if you keep doing it.
(3) You will end up being unhappy if you keep doing it.
(4) You will suffer unfortunate consequences if you keep doing it.
(5) You will suffer unfortunate consequences if you do not stop what you have been doing.
(6) You will suffer unfortunate consequences unless you stop what you have been doing.
(7) You will suffer unfortunate consequences if you do not change your behavior.
(8) You will suffer unfortunate consequences unless you change your behavior.
