朝ごはんをしっかり食べないとエネルギーを十分に得られないから食べるべきだ
という文章を作りたいのですが、エネルギーを十分に得るという日本語を英語でいうとどういうのか分からないので教えて下さい

get enough energy ですが、何をするのに十分なのか、言葉を付け足した方がいいです。例えば、

You should eat breakfast so that you will get enough energy to start your day.

It is enough to express it, and adding "from xxx", you can also express from what you get energy. (e.g. food)
