下記文章 の意味は？

意味がよくわからないので調べてみました。

下記の英文を読んでみますと大体の意味が掴めます。

こんなことを言っているようです:
人生には上り坂の時もあれば下り坂の時もある。他人に接する態度を、その人の時々の境遇によって変えるべきではない。例えば、金持ちだからあの人は偉いとか、貧乏だからダメだとか考えて人と接するべきではない。人間なんて皆、大して変わりはないのだから。
