 この文でtheir equal in terrorが分かりません。所有格のtheirの後にあるからequalは名詞でone nameと同格なのでしょうか。name = equal = Zodiac の同格関係ととらえて大丈夫でしょうか。

'their equal in terror' this part is grammatically strange. I suppose this part might be they're equal in terror, so equal may be adjective.
