以下の文章のconsideration the wayについて、本来は文法的にtake the way into considerationが適切ですが、the wayを修飾するために順序を変えているという理解であっていますか？このような表現はよく使うのでしょうか？

本来であれば、この文は
I think it's integral that, every time we visit a country, (we should) also take [the way that they are raised] and [the cultural values that they have] into consideration.
ということで、
take into consideration することが２つあるわけですが、
take ~ into consideration の ~ が２つもあってしかもあまりにも長すぎて、take (~ and ~) into consideration というイディオムが成り立たなくなってしまうので、take into consideration ~ and ~ というふうに倒置しているわけです。
