名詞句の挿入の結びのカンマの省略
下記文においてuniversityの後ろにカンマを置くものだと思っていました。挿入された名詞句の両端のカンマが省略されることはあると思うのですが、このように他方だけ省略されることはよくあるのでしょうか？
この場合ですと、universityの後にカンマがないことで in June over the requirement が university を修飾しているように勘違いされやすいと思うのですが…。
もし可能ならば何か根拠を示して頂けるとありがたいです。
