名詞 #manipulatives の訳し方を教えてください

コンピュータソフトウェアの開発手法である「スクラム」の運営方法をまとめたプレゼン資料を英訳しています。その中の以下の表現があります。

知りたいのは最後の１行にある use manipulatives の所で、「影響力を行使する」 と考えました。


ここではmanipulatives は名詞、複数形なので、例えばプロジェクトのタスクの進捗状況を示す ホワイトボードなどツールを使って、対象の人にスクラム・マスターの意図する行動をするよう誘導するというような意味合にも解釈できると思います。


しかしGet moving に続いていて use manipulatives となっているので具体的な物を操作するということだけでなく人を操るという意図まで含む意味かと思いました。


影響力を行使するの適否、他に適切な訳を当てればぴったりくるでしょうか？ ご意見を伺いたいです。
