文構造についての質問です
下記の文構造を教えてください。
Department managers are required to ensure all the staff members
they supervise have a clear understanding of the company mission.
訳： 部門長は、監督下のスタッフ全員の企業使命の明確な理解を
確実にするよう求められている。
上記の訳は、回答です。また、私としては訳すことは、何となくできるのですが、
すっきりしないことがあります。この文全体の動詞はどれでしょうか？
haveでしょうか？それとも required ですか？
supervise も動詞として使われていますよね？
ensure以降は、ensure +(all～supervise)が主語+（have）が動詞+（a～mission)が
目的語となるのでしょうか？そうすると ensure と all の間に（that)が
隠れていると考えていいのでしょうか？
教えて頂ければ幸いです

節の主語はmembers 動詞は have.

members have an understanding.
どんなmembersってことで、
