～月の上旬・中旬・下旬は英語でどう言うの？

それぞれ2種類ほどあります。

Early December（12月上旬）
the beginning of April.（4月上旬）

Mid June.（6月中旬）
the middle of July（7月中旬）

late August（8月下旬）
the end of September.（9月下旬）

例えば、3月の上旬くらいを予定しています。と伝える場合、
We plan to do it in early March.
または
We plan to do it in the beginning of March.
となります。
