「スタッフがあなたのアパートに入る許可をいただけると幸いです」

「入室する」は”to enter a room”です。冠詞は変わりますので注意です。
もしも名詞であれば、”entering a room"となります。
【例】
We ask you to enter the room at the end of the corridor.
（廊下の奥にある部屋に入ってください）
