文法的には可能ですが、比較していることを明確にするために、more をそれぞれの形容詞に付けることが多いです。
more precious and more necessary than

単音節の形容詞の場合は、必ず両方に er を付けます。
Mt. Fuji is taller and older than Tokyo Skytree.
