（劇場で演劇を観に行く）

・performance
公演、舞台。
演劇だけでなく、演奏会やダンスショーなども「performance」と言います。

・theatre/theater
劇場。演劇。映画館。
「the theatre」というと、「演劇」というエンターテイメントのジャンルとしての意味になります。
