結局、筆者のISSに対してポジティブなのかネガティブなのか最後の文章で分からなくなったのですが、この部分(It might be... )の役割は、「、、という批判はあるものの、でもこれだけお金をかけたから素晴らしいんだよ」というように結論としては"ポジティブ"として捉えていると判断すべきなのでしょうか。
