Accountable.USの”US”は「米国ですか」「私達(発音はアス)」ですか。

あるﾆｭｰｽ記事にAccountable.USという言葉が出たので調べたら下記の説明があり、そういう組織だろうと理解出来たのですが、”US”は「米国ですか」「私達(発音はアス)」ですか。
