Another month, another four-decade high の意味は？

新聞記事です。アメリカのインフレが40年ぶりに高水準、というような内容なのですが、冒頭の　another month の意味がわかりません。

monthly inflation rate の話ですよね。毎月、40年来のインフレ率の記録を更新しています。この場合の another は、日本語で言うと、「またもやもう一つの」のような感じです。

またもやもうひと月、その前の月々と同様に

another four-decade high
またもや40年来の記録更新

another を繰り返すことで、うんざりしたニュアンスを表現しています。そう表現しないのであれば、another は１つだけでいいです。
