I'm not willing due to　の訳し方 の意味は？

あることをするように人に頼んだところ、次のような返事が来ました。
I'm not willing due to the big presentation in this month.
訳としては、「今月の大きなプレゼンがあるからやりたいけど、やれない。」のような意味でしょうか。

必ずしも「やりたいけど」というニュアンスはないです。“not willing” は、「自ら進んでする気にならない」という意味です。この表現に「本当はやりたいのに」という本音が含まれているのかどうかは、その人や、状況によります。

より丁寧な言い方なら、
I’m sorry I cannot do it because I must work on a big presentation this month.
