In order to have contented,~ の意味は?

I am a person who is working hard to pass the Eiken Grade Pre1. I found this expression at the conclusion categories on my textbook, when I was analyzing the important points of the writing. When I used the Weblio Translation to know this meaning, it was translated to a weird Japanese. Could you teach me what happens to this expression if we translate in Japanese more naturally? I'm waiting for your response.

Eibashira-san,

It is clear that the correct word is “contented,” just like you wrote in the title. It means “satisfied,” “happy,” or “content.” It’s not “contended,” which you wrote in your description.

The comma does not separate “contented” from “productive workers.” It just indicates a pause when this sentence is spoken. You can use “and” instead.

“In order to have happy and productive workers, .....”

Does this make sense now?

Another way to write this:

To keep their workers content and productive, the management must improve their treatment of female associates and limit overtime.

Dear Mr.Kevin

Thank you so much for your response. Actually, I cited this expression from an example answer of an short essay. The topic was about whether companies need to improve their treatment of workers. I'll send you the whole answer so that you can understand.

In my opinion, companies need to improve their treatment of workers. In particular, they should put more emphasis on male-female equality and work life balance.
First , employees should make sure women have the same opportunities for promotion as men do. At most firms, there are more men in management positions, and one reasons is that women are often not promoted if they take maternity leave. Employees need to make policies that give woman with children equal chances of advancing in the company.
Work-life balance is another serious issue. There is often too much pressure on employees to work overtime, they could have a "no overtime day" every week.
In order to have contended, productive workers, it is important for companies to improve the way they treat females staff members and limit working hours.

Will these contexts be sufficient for clarifying the expression "In order to have contended"? I'm looking forward to chatting with you.

Can you show us the whole sentence? A few sentences before would also be helpful. We need the context.
