Theyが示すのは？
A:Those shoes look really nice on you.
B:Do you really think so?
A:Sure I do.
B:Do they come in different sizes and colors?
A:They come in only black and white. What size do you take?
B:I take a size 22.
A:Well, hold on a minute. I'm sorry we have only these black ones left.Do they feel tight or loose on you?
B:No, they are fine, I guess. Okay, I'll take them.
A:Great!
前半も後半もtheyの示すものが何なのかわかりません。特に後半のtheyを仮にthese black onesとすると、その後にfeelが来るのでtheyの意味するのが人じゃないと違和感を感じてしまいます。
どなたか教えて頂けないでしょうか？

前半のtheyは「お店」を示す代名詞です。
B:Do they come in different sizes and colors?
このお店は、異なるサイズ、異なる色の靴を入荷していますか？
(＝色違い、サイズ違いはありますか？)
A:They come in only black and white.
当店は黒と白だけを入荷してます。
(＝ご用意できるのは黒の靴と、白の靴だけですよ。)
お店や、あるいは店員のことを指す時に、英語ではよく「they」を用います。
また、後半のtheyはthese black ones(黒い靴)を指します。
A:Well, hold on a minute. I'm sorry we have only these black ones left. Do they feel tight or loose on you?
(ちょっと待ってくださいね、すみません、22cmですと、黒い靴しか残ってないですね。きつかったり緩かったりしませんか？)

feelの前の主語は、必ずしも人である必要はないので、あんまり気にしすぎないでください。

↑こういう表現も普通にありますから。
