例えば、もしその色が気に入らなければ変えることができます。という文は
You change the color if you don't like it.
if you don't like it you change the color.
のどちらでも良いのですか？
違いがよくわからないので教えてほしいです

If you don't like it, you can change the color.

「ことができます」だと、「can」が必要です。
順番は自由が、後者はコンマが必要です。
