bring carry

bring も carry も両方とも「何かを運ぶ」という意味がありますが、

bring には「どこそこへ何かを持っていく、持ってくる」というふうに運ぶ対象を含む意味があり、
carry には「何かを運搬する」こと自体についての意味があります。

I'm carrying 5 bags of groceries. I will bring them to her apartment now.
I must carry the burden of this problem on my own until I can bring it to her attention.
