disagreeの使い方について

“I disagree that people who breed pets increase in the future”(ペットを飼う人は将来増えるという意見に同調しない。)という構文もあります。agree, disagreeは基本は自動詞ですが、that節をとるものもあります。

If Oxford has a sentence with "disagree that...," it should be correct anyway.

Perhaps "disagree that" is a short form of "disagree with the opinion that."
Or rather, as "agree" can be a transitive word, "disagree" can also be such when it comes to "that + sentence."

I've searched site on the web concerning the word 'disagree'. every site'd explain it like as/quite same your question sentence. I'd agree with you on your opinion. I ask you a favor please tell me the source of reference (monolingual English dictionary) ( novelty / curious / unusual ).
