eatとhaveはどちらも「食べる」と言う意味ですが違いはなんですか？

「eat have 違い」などとgoogleサーチしてみると似たり寄ったりのwebサイトがいっぱいありますね。勉強になると思います。

辞書的にはどう書いてあるのかなと思って、一応調べてみました。Macmillan dictionaryの結果です。何か感じ取っていただければ幸いです。

eat
意味　to put food into your mouth and swallow it
例文　We sat on the grass and ate our sandwiches.
　　　Don’t talk while you’re eating.
　　　I’ve eaten too much.
　　　Finish your lunch – you’ve hardly eaten anything.

have
意味　to eat or drink something.
　　　This word is often used in polite offers and requests
例文　Can I have another piece of that delicious cake?
例文　Let me buy you a drink. What’ll you have?
例文　Why don’t you stay and have lunch with us?
例文　I’ll have (=used for requesting food or drink in a restaurant): I’ll have the roast beef, please.

eatは食物を口に運び噛んで飲み込むという行為をイメージします。
haveはそういう行為は特にイメージしない感じ。

朝食を食べる、であれば　have breakfast　の方がよく聞くようにおもいます。
具体的な使い方を辞書の例文などで見つけてみてください。

100％使い分けができるわけではなく、
個人的な言い回しの好みにより、どちらでも良いことが多いです。

日本語で相当する訳としては
Eat: 食べる
Have: 頂く、召し上がる
Have の方が上品で、丁寧語のような意味を持ちます。
