goose upというイディオム

↓ここに書いてある通り、「goose up」とは「〜をより良くする」というイディオムだと知りました

ただ、「goose up」で検索してもなかなか実際に使われている場面がヒットしません。口語表現として海外では使われているようですが、あまり一般的な表現ではないのでしょうか?

また、
「goose up living.」という英文は日本語にすると、「暮らしをより良くする」・「生活をより豊かにする」のような意味となりますか?
