Welbioの辞書でleadを調べると次がでてきます。
 他動詞　 lead〔+目的語+副詞(句)〕:  〈人を〉(…に)導く，案内する
（例文）He led us to the hotel. （彼は我々をホテルまで案内してくれた.）

＜in ～＞が副詞。＜the company＞が主語です。
