to不定詞の後で複数の動詞を並列させる場合は、to は一回だけ言って、あとは A, B and C という感じで並べます。

このように並列でものごとを並べて言う時に、英語圏の中でも違いがあって、
A, B and C のように and の前にカンマを入れないところと、
A, B, and C のように and の前にカンマを入れるところがあります。
