which を省略して、ご質問にある文になります。関係代名詞を省略することはよくあります。特にその修飾句が「自動詞+前置詞」のときは、関係代名詞を省略する方が、むしろ普通です。
似たような文を書いてみます。カッコの中の関係代名詞は、省略するのが普通です。
The man (whom) you are going out with is a drug dealer.
The school (which) I went to is famous for its music program.

whearesの後の続く文の構造について
Aquapure is a producer of water filters, whereas the company it plans on merging with manufactures heating appliances
という文を見たのですが、whearesの後の文ではthe companyが主語でit〜withが修飾句らしいのですが、目的格の代名詞を省略しているということでしょうか？
