形容詞 の用法を教えてください

この二つは用法が異なるので、別々に説明します。初めの uninterrupted は、形容詞というより過去分詞の叙述用法です。特殊な用法というほどではなく、よく使います。例えば、次の uncut は過去分詞です。

The director released the movie uncut.
The movie was released uncut.
（日本語ではノーカットでしょうか）

同様に、
They will provide the website uninterrupted.
The website will be provided uninterrupted.

もう一つの free は、単純に形容詞です。error を free 組み合わせて、一つの形容詞にしています。正しくはハイフンが必要です。

The website will be free from errors.
The website will be error-free.

「名詞-free」の形は、日常で頻繁に使います。
This yogurt is sugar-free.
This detergent is fragrance-free.
That campground is mosquito-free.
