【下から2行目の文】
Practice being the last to speak.
【you tubeでのスピーチ一部抜粋】
If you disagree with somebody don't not know. Simply sit there take it all in and the only thing you're allowed to do is ask questions so that you can understand what they mean and why they have the opinion that they have you must understand from where they are speaking. Why they have the opinion they have not just what they are saying and at the end you will get your turn. It sounds easy it's not. Practice being the last to speak. That's what Nelson Mandela did.

This is not a piece of advice to you I'm talking to myself for my practice of writing skills.
please put these sentences into GT. you can grasp the meaning.
I suppose the sentence 'Practice being the last to speak' is a imperative sentence.
Verb: Practice.
Gerund phrase: being the last to speak = to become the last person to speak.
when you would like to ask some questions on this Question Box about English I suppose that it would be important to give reference of the quoted if possible. the quoted reference would make the intention of the question specifically/expressly. for me I wonder the part 'If you disagree with somebody don't not know.' I confuse about the structure of this sentence. I suppose this part might be 'somebody you don't know' or 'somebody you don't not know=acquaintance'. thanks to you I'd encountered the sentence(If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his language, that goes to his heart).
GT.
