Also, I made a change to the customer's settings. The SMART "Root directory" setting was set to /wordpress/wp-content. This setting only downloaded a single directory of the WordPress installation and was preventing SMART from downloading all the files for the customer's site and scanning them for malware. I updated the directory setting to "/wordpress" and re-synced and rescanned the site. All files on the customer's site are now synced to the SMART mirror.
We will update you as soon as we have a fix for this issue.

また，お客様の設定も変更しました。
SMARTのルートディレクトリの設定が，/wordpress/wp-contentとなっておりました。
この設定ですとWordPressインストールの1つだけのディレクトリをダウンロードする設定となっており，SMARTがお客様のサイトにすべてのディレクトリをダウンロードするのを妨げており，それらからのマルウェアの検知ができません。
ディレクトリの設定を/wordpressに変更し再度同期をかけ，サイトのスキャンを行いました。
お客様のサイトのすべてのファイルは，現在SMARTのミラーと同期しております。
