I think I saw him studying library yesterday, so I'm sure that he is not ill. I can't understand why he is absent from this school today. Do you know something about it?

"I saw him studying library"ではなく
"I saw him studying at the library"が正しいと思います。
"studying library"にすると「図書館を勉強する彼を見た」というようになり不自然です。
「図書館で勉強している彼をみた」ですよね。
そのほかの個所で文法的な間違いはないと思います。
