意味合いとしては「遠慮せず、チームに知っている詳細を教えてあげてください。」です。

普通「Please do not hesitate」と言った場合、自分に対して使うことがほとんどなので「their amazing team」に対して使っていることに違和感を覚えますが、それを言った人物との関係性がわからないので何とも言えません。
