関係代名詞の使い方

間違っているというより、分かりにくい文です。

ご質問にある、「a noun of a noun」を関係代名詞の先行詞とすることはあります。

The museum is showing a fossil of a fish which was discovered at the top of Mount Everest.

上の例で、関係代名詞 which は「a fossil of a fish」を指しているのは明らかです。「a fish」がエベレスト山頂で発見されるはずがないからです。

しかし、ご質問の例２では、

There is a dance content of a festival which we call in Japanese “Bonodori”.

which の先行詞が、次のどれなのか分かりません。

盆踊りを知らない人に説明するのですから、相手に分かりやすく伝えるに、「a noun of a noun」の先行詞は、避けた方がいいです。

We have an Obon festival in August. During the festival, we all participate in a dance performance which we call Bon Odori.

日本の話をしていることを相手が分かっているなら、「in Japanese」は要らないでしょう。「Bonodori」では発音が大きく日本語と違うので、「Bon Odori」と書きます。
