perhaps you&some of us are anxious about something. if we'd be aware anything about every trifle and talk about it, we cannot be pleasurable in this site. we should be humble about progressing of our learning and learning from everything for our future.

I suppose it'd be third person singulars' 's'.
I suppose some person'd boast that the taste of certain stall is the best among in every Hiroshima okonomiyaki.
I often use 'd(instead of would) because I can use verb without considering tense/3ps.
not only for myself but also for such person anxious about tense/3ps. I'd use it anywhere even if out of grammar.
I'd recommend you to use it, you could feel it'd make you feel ease.
