This is not a piece of advice to you I'm talking to myself for my practice of writing skills. TED timing = 6:15. "and the result is that we are educating people out of their creative capacities." I suppose this sentence should be revised into "and the result is that we are educating people OUT of their creative capacities." there is no difference between two sentences except former "out" changed latter "'OUT'". this TED talk video presented in 2007 15 years before now. considering there was not any help of AI, I can accept all stuffs. I don't dig deep more over than this.
