applicable appraisal
This is not a piece of advice to you I'm talking to myself for my practice of writing skills. because of shortage of my theme I have dared to dig a trifle matter. I've referred the word "applicable" on the collins dictionary. The third example sentence of four, " Appraisal was seen as most applicable to those in management jobs". I would like to grasp whether applicable appraisal is ability or kind of jobs or others? in the case of ability, I suppose example sentence means that It was seen the most applicable appraisal as for a managerial position being required ability. in the case of kind of jobs, I suppose example sentence means that It was seen the most applicable
appraisal to a managerial position among all jobs of our company. If the example sentence is too short/vague/hazy/ to judge it please leave it as it is. I'd post additional something.

If GT can determine from which language you need to translate and into which language, GT can easily and quickly respond to your request. in this sentence "from which language you need to translate and into which language" means "どの言語からどの言語に翻訳する必要があるか" in Japanese.this sentence have no referring source as I've made GT translate JL into EL. once I've known this, next occasion I'd be able to understand it but these'd be difficult expression for me.
