definition of curate

This is not a piece of advice to you I'm talking to myself for my practice of writing skills. In the weblio dictionary the definition of the word "curate" is almost 1. it's 3 of it on the Collins dictionary. I've encountered this word in the next comment(consciously without source of reference, because of in order to spare your time searching among a lot of comments). "As for book recommendations, there are sites that curate tweets, interviews, etc. of different famous people to compile them into a list of books they've recommended.". but Google Translate this word into loan word "キュレーション”in katakana because we wouldn't have the word's definition of japanese language." . I would like to have this definition on the weblio dictionary.

It's not the situation of the time saying "loan word". all younger generations would unconsciously accept/grasp new word as it is. I would like to be as well. I suppose English language have already come to be or at least would definitely become common language. at that time I suppose we would proud that Japanese language is our first and native language. and boast it of course in English.
