At school announce to the students that they will have dance class during which they will practice exercises to the music.この場合のduringは、どこにかかってきますか。
学校で生徒にダンスの授業があることを伝え、音楽に合わせてエクササイズの練習をしてもらいます。
こんなかんじの翻訳で大丈夫でしょうか。

during がどこを指しているかというと、during の後に続く語句すべてです。そうではなくて which がどこを指しているかというご質問でしたら、a dance class です。
英語を学ぶのが目的であれば、翻訳は勧めません。英語がわかりやすくなるように書き換えます。
At school, please announce to the students that they will have a dance class. During the class, they will exercise to the music.
practice exercises は不自然な英語です。日本人が作った英文のように感じます。それと、この二つの文は which でつなげない方がいいと思います。
