This is not a piece of advice to you I'm talking to myself for my practice of writing skills. this comment should be naturally posted "run'' through" section but I couldn't post additional comment there then I post this comment to new section.

next sentence is one of TED talk. ;"there have been three themes haven't they running through the conference which are rather relevant to what I want to talk about"; I suppose this sentence should correct to next sentence ;"there have been three themes, haven't there? running through the conference which are rather relevant to what I want to talk about"; I uppose I'd have been able to grasp the meaning of the sentence. this "'run''through'" might be better to think as "'run' + 'through ( )'" rather than as a phrase "'run through'". so I'd search and select A-7-a as the meaning from the definition of the word "'run'" on the weblio dictionary."'run'"
