thereを使わないとき

質問に回答する

How many times has she visited Sakurajima? の質問に対して答える時、

She has never visited there.(thereを使う)ではなく、
She has never visited it .(it を使う)
で答えるのはなぜですか？

つまり、thereはAdverbだからですよ。「get there」なら良いけど、「visit there」は文法的には間違いということです。
