これらは正しく書けていますか？

(1) I suggest that Kate should not go out every evening because she has an examination next week.

文法的にどうなのか分かりませんが、I suggest から始めて、その後の節が否定形であることに違和感があります。提案するなら、「〜すべきではないと提案する」ではなくて、「〜すべきだと提案する」と言います。たぶん、これは日本語でも同じでしょう。

I suggest that Kate should stay home every evening because she has an exam next week. 

(2) I would advise my son not to keep on driving so fast.

これは文法的には正しいと思います。でも、実際にこういうことは言わないでしょう。keep on driving というと、今、息子さんが高速で運転している最中です。息子さんの運転する車に親が乗っていて、その親が、また別の同乗者に対して、こう言うのでしょうか。何だか変です。どうせ言うなら、息子に直接注意しませんか。

keep on driving を使わずに、運転の最中ではないのなら、次のように言えます。

I would advise my son not to drive so fast.

(3) I hope Haruko’s husband to help housework with her.

これは文法的に間違っています。I hope to (verb) とは言いますが、I hope (someone) to (verb) とは言いません。それと、housework と her の位置が反対です。

I hope (that) Haruko's husband will help her with housework.

(4) I would advise Hiroshi to stop eating so much sweets so that he will be able to lose weight.

惜しい。お菓子の sweets は可算名詞なので、many sweets です。
